The members of Ruby Blue have had the pleasure of singing together since November 2009. It hasn't taken them long to develop into quite the ensemble, on and off the stage. Kaly (Tenor) is currently taking classes at UC Denver to earn her teaching license and MA in Special Education. Jocelyn (Bass) just finished her first year of teaching AP Computer Science at Cherry Creek High School. Heather (Lead) is a data analyst at Kaiser Permanente Colorado's Institute for Health Research, and keeps busy with her coursework towards a Master's Degree in Public Health. Rebecca (Baritone) stays busy working in a sales office by day and keeping up with her husband and three young sons by night. With a shared humor, love for animals, and passion for singing, the members of Ruby Blue have become close friends.
Ruby Blue recently placed 2nd in the 2011 Rocky Mountain Region 8 Quartet Competition, and they are looking forward to their future together. They are excited to continue to help coach the Young Women in Harmony at their Summer Harmony Camp in Estes Park, especially because Jocelyn and Kaly are former Harmony Campers themselves! Heather, Jocelyn, and Rebecca are members of Skyline Chorus, the 2011 RMR8 Large Chorus Champions and 2010 International 5th Place medalists.
